Administration Officer

 

BSA Building Surveyors are seeking to employ an Administrative Officer on a Full-Time basis to join our dynamic team.

 

You will be responsible for:

  • Day-to-day clerical duties
  • Answering phone call and greeting clients
  • Computer data entry
  • Email management
  • Mail correspondence
  • Assistance in the preparation of Building Permit related documentation

 

You will need to:

  • Have the ability work in a team environment
  • Be customer service focused
  • Have good oral communication skills
  • Be a self-starter
  • Have good level of written and computer skills with reasonable knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel programs
