Public Buildings

BSA Building Surveyors’ Directors and Staff are fortunate to have been involved in some landmark building projects of special significance and unique challenges. Public buildings are one of these specialist areas that require sound knowledge of the Building Code of Australia, given their involvement with large populations, the demanding fire safety requirements and the provision of special amenities.

Projects including grandstands, auditoriums, cinemas, religious buildings and special civic buildings have provided BSA Building Surveyors some unique experience to offer present and future clients. Our past projects list below displays the diversity of project involvement. Some have been regarded as examples of the Australia’s finest buildings like The Great Stupa of Universal Compassion (Buddhist Temple) in Bendigo, Geelong Grammar School, Handbury Centre for Well Being and Katsumata Centre at Kardinia International College.
