Our Involvement
BSA Building Surveyors were engaged as the Relevant Building Surveyor, providing statutory oversight for the project. Our role included assessment of building documentation, ensuring compliance with the Building Code and relevant regulations, undertaking mandatory inspections throughout construction, and issuing the Occupancy Permit upon completion of the works.
