Devlin Apartments is a multi-storey residential development located at 312 Moorabool Street, Geelong. The project required a robust approach to Essential Safety Measures (ESM) compliance to ensure the ongoing safety and regulatory performance of the building’s common areas.

Our Involvement

BSA, through Essential Property Solutions, provided a tailored ESM Annual Management Program, which included:
  • Quarterly inspections of paths of travel, exits, and doors
  • Preparation of an annual maintenance calendar for fire equipment servicing and emergency lighting testing
  • Maintenance of an ESM Log Book based on contractor service records
  • Preparation and sign-off of the Annual ESM Report
  • Optional contractor management and verification services to streamline compliance and reduce risk 1 2
